- AIM Center, Houston will function like a "Social, Educational and non-religious center".
- No religious activities, religious prayers, Bhajan, Kirtan shall be allowed to be performed in The AIM Center, Houston.
- No alchoholic beverages will be allowed in the center. Alchoholic beverages shall not be Served In the AIM Center, Houston.
- Only Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's philosophy will be allowed to be promoted in and from AIM Center, Houston.
